Ch'uan Chang Do Kung Fu Association
Ch'uan Chang Do is a Martial arts association based in Essex and Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Ch'uan Change Do is the way of the hard fist and the soft palm Kung Fu Style. The Ch'uan Chang Do association and style of kung fu was founded in January 1975 by SiFu Sijo Michael Crisp. It combines elements of many different martial art styles including elements of karate and kung fu.
There are currently clubs in Sawbridgeworth, Braughing, and Hatfield Broad Oak that all train weekly throughout the year including during school holidays. Each club has slightly different approach reflecting the personalities and style of the club's instructors.

Ch'uan Chang Do provides a framework that allows you focus on the various aspects of training from the combat side, physical fitness, to the skill and art as suits your own build, health and temperament.
