Seniors are usually over 16s.
Juniors at Aythorpe and Hatfield Broad Oak are over 7s while Sawbridgeworth take juniors that are over 5s.
Please come and join any session that fits in with your schedule. Don't worry if you cannot make every week and feel free to rotate the clubs if that suits your routine better.
Your first training session with the style is free.
All the clubs are in the counties of Essex or Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
